The fabulous, multi award-winning creative designer and artist Amrit Singh is in Windsor this week live-painting his supersized lion sculpture, sponsored by Ice Experience.

Amrit is painting his lion at The Gallery at Ice in Windsor High Street until Friday 14th June, so make your way over to the Gallery at 8 High Street Windsor SL4 1LD to see Amrit decorating his conservation themed lion and watch his amazing artwork unfold!

The Gallery at Ice showcases paintings of the local area, as well as sculpture, glass, photography and signed limited edition prints by renowned internationally acclaimed artists, so pop in and see some of their exciting collection of thought provoking art and objects..

Amrit creates his intricate InkANIMA art using various mixed media techniques and vivid colour.  His art is a salute to nature’s beauty and the patterns that can be found in nature’s creations; from animals, plants to microorganisms, and combines this with inspiration from various world cultures and amplifies it thorough his rich textures and line work.

His art has been featured in over 15 exhibitions from San Francisco, Berlin to London, he has painted numerous sculptures for public art trails and published his own sold-out colouring book. 

The Ice Lion cometh…!

A tall order!  Amrit has painted a number of sculptures for city-wide art trails, including this giraffe for Colchester.  His most recent creation was a fabulous gorilla for Jersey Zoo’s Go Wild Gorillas
